Terms & Conditions — Springbom Pilates

Springbom Pilates (“Springbom,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is operated by Springbom, Co, a California S-Corporation. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including classes, packages, memberships, and related purchases. By booking a class, making a purchase, or attending our studio, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Use of Services

• Participation in classes is at your own risk and subject to our Liability Waiver.

• Clients must be at least 16 years old to attend group classes unless otherwise permitted in writing by Springbom.

• Proper attire, including required grip socks, must be worn in all classes.

2. Reservations and Attendance

• Advance reservations are required for all classes.

• Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring their bookings are correct and confirmed.

• Failure to attend or cancel in accordance with our Cancellation Policy may result in forfeiture of class credits and/or additional fees.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Clients must cancel at least 12 hours prior to class to avoid penalties.

• Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the rules outlined in our Cancellation Policy, including applicable fees charged to the payment method on file.

• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable, as outlined in our Purchase Policy.
• Memberships renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
• By purchasing a class, package, or membership, you authorize Springbom to charge your payment method for purchases and applicable late cancel or no-show fees.

5. Studio Policies

• Clients are expected to follow all posted studio rules, including arrival times, parking requirements, and safety guidelines.

• Springbom reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after class start).

• Disruptive behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to comply with staff instructions may result in suspension or termination of studio access.

6. Modifications and Updates

• Springbom reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

• Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings and purchases.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
