Springbom Pilates (“Springbom,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is operated by Springbom, Co, a California S-Corporation. This Purchase Policy governs all transactions made with Springbom Pilates, whether online, in studio, or through integrated third-party platforms (Mindbody, Square, ClassPass, Wellhub). By purchasing a class, package, or membership, you agree to this Policy.
This Policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:
• single classes
• class packages
• memberships
• introductory offers
• retail sales (for example, grip socks)
• All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Purchased services are valid only for the individual listed on the account and cannot be shared, reassigned, or transferred.
• Packages (such as 5, 8, 10, or 12 class packs) are valid only for the purchaser.
• Packages expire within the time period specified at purchase (for example, 3 months from activation unless otherwise stated).
• Expired credits cannot be reinstated, extended, or refunded.
• Missed classes or unused credits within the package validity period are forfeited.
• Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
• Memberships are personal to the purchaser and may not be shared or transferred.
• At this time, memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or placed on hold.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email: team@springbompilates.com) at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in additional fees as described in the Cancellation Policy. By purchasing a membership, you authorize these fees to be charged to your payment method on file.
• Introductory offers are available only once per new client.
• Offers must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.
• Introductory offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• All retail sales (including grip socks required for class) are final.
• No exchanges or refunds are permitted unless the product is defective at time of sale.
• Payments are processed securely via Mindbody, Square, ClassPass, or Wellhub.
• Springbom does not sell, store, or directly process full credit card numbers.
• Clients authorize Springbom to charge the payment method on file for purchases, auto-renewing memberships, and applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
• Springbom reserves the right to pursue unpaid fees or declined transactions using the payment method on file.
• Receipts are available upon request.
• Springbom reserves the right to adjust pricing, create limited-time promotions, or modify offerings at any time.
• Promotional pricing does not apply retroactively to prior purchases.
