  • Great Class With Great Energy

    The class was beginner-friendly, though those at an intermediate or advanced level may not find it very challenging. Melody was incredibly sweet, bubbly, and gave clear instructions. The studio itself is smaller than expected, so during certain sets your legs may end up quite close to the person next to you. One thing to note is that the entrance is all glass, which can feel a bit unsettling since people outside can see in—especially during evening classes. It would be nice if they added some kind of film or covering for more privacy.

    It was my first time at Springbom Pilates and I absolutely loved the whole experience. The studio has such an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere, everything feels clean, bright and thoughtfully designed. From the moment I walked in, Spring made me feel comfortable and confident, even though it was my first class. She gives clear instructions, pays attention to form and really motivates everyone in the room. I loved how the class mixed reformer exercises with dynamic movements that kept things interesting and fun. The energy, the music and the way Spring leads the class make the whole session fly by. I felt stronger, more focused and completely recharged afterward. I can tell this is a place where you can truly see results and enjoy the process. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends.

    I absolutely loved this class! Spring, the instructor and owner, is incredibly kind, encouraging, and hands-on—she really takes the time to correct your form and guide you through each move. The routine was well thought out and super effective. Definitely worth it! I’ll be coming back for sure especially since it’s so close to home. So happy I found my new go-to Pilates studio 🧡🧡🧡

    I’ve been to a couple Pilates studios as a beginner but this has been the best one thus far. I really liked how hands on Spring was when it came to adjusting, especially for us beginners. I also appreciated how she demonstrated some of the poses for us beforehand. She was also very kind and enthusiastic. I will definitely book another class.

    Springbom Pilates is next level! I’ve taken a lot of Pilates classes before, but nothing compares to the unique method they use here. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual, every move feels intentional and designed to challenge your body in a deeper, more effective way. The workout strikes the perfect balance of intensity and fun. The mini trampoline segment adds a playful twist while still delivering a serious burn, my muscles were shaking, but I felt amazing afterward! It’s low-impact, yet incredibly effective for toning, strengthening, and sculpting. Spring, the instructor, is not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly encouraging, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for something fresh and different from your typical Pilates or gym routine, this is it. I’m completely hooked!

    Fun class! Excellent music!! Great attention to detail from the instructor. Spring was able to modify the class so that everyone got a good workout in, which I really appreciated! Plus, they gave a complimentary water bottle and sweat towel (idk if they always do this but they were on this day). Overall great first time, would definitely be back. Great workout, super fun music, attentive instruction.
