Springbom Pilates began with the idea of creating a place where people receive attention, support and results. Not a big gym with heavy machines. Not a fast fitness studio where everyone gets lost in the crowd. A space where instructors truly see each person.We work with reformers, jumpboards and elements of functional training. Our classes follow the rhythm of music and focus on technique, control and smart progress.We believe in mindful movement and in the idea that the body changes when a person feels safe and guided. Our classes are great for anyone who wants to get stronger after long hours at a desk, improve mobility, recover after stress, prepare the body for a new stage of life or simply feel better day to day.
Spring is the founder and lead instructor of the studio. She was a dancer and choreographer until a serious spinal injury changed her life. Spring spent a long time unable to walk and had to rebuild her body from the ground up. Pilates became the method that helped her regain strength, mobility and trust in her body.
Today Spring shares this experience with her students. She is a certified Balanced Body instructor with many years of training under top professionals. She continues to attend workshops and master classes so she can give people more than a workout. She gives a real system for strengthening and restoring the body.
