Liability Waiver — Springbom Pilates

This Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) outlines the terms under which all participants take part in any activity at Springbom Pilates, operated by Springbom, Co, a California S-Corporation (“Studio”).

By participating in any class, session, or event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in Pilates and fitness activities, including group classes, private sessions, trampoline training, and use of equipment such as reformers and jumpboards, involves inherent risks. These risks may include physical injury, strain, or other medical conditions.

By taking part, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, even if arising from the negligence of the Studio, its instructors, employees, or contractors.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

By joining any class or session at Springbom Pilates, you release and discharge the Studio from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for injury, death, or property damage that may result from your participation.

3. Medical Responsibility

You affirm that you are physically capable of participating and have either received medical clearance from a physician or voluntarily chosen to participate without one. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class.

4. COVID-19 Acknowledgment

You acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure. You agree to follow all health and safety guidelines implemented by Springbom Pilates and local authorities.

5. Media Release

By attending classes, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes on social media, marketing, and the Studio’s website. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing prior to participation.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Springbom Pilates and its staff from any costs, damages, or legal fees resulting from your participation in any activity at the Studio.

Waiver Validity and Download

This waiver applies to all activities conducted on Studio premises and remains in effect for the duration of your participation.
