  • Do I need to start with a beginner class?

Not necessarily. Our All Levels classes are designed to be accessible for everyone, including first-time clients. Our instructors offer modifications and guidance throughout class.

If you are completely new or want to feel more confident first, we recommend starting with a Beginner class when available on the schedule. For more personalized support, you can also start with a few private sessions before joining group classes.

  • Do you have an offer for first-time clients?

Yes. First-time clients can choose from our Intro Single, Intro 3 Classes, or One-Week Unlimited Package.

Our best value is the One-Week Unlimited Package for $69. It gives new clients 7 consecutive days to experience our classes and build momentum from the start.

If you prefer more flexibility, the Intro 3 Classes package is valid for 21 days from your first visit.

  • What should I expect for my first visit to the studio?

Grip socks are required for all sessions and are available for purchase in studio.
If this is your first Pilates or Reformer class, please let your instructor know before class begins.

Our classes are designed for all levels, and your instructor will help you with setup, form, and modifications throughout class.

Parking is available behind the building in spaces marked HK Property, the corner spot by the wall, and unmarked spaces with no signs. Please do not park in any spaces marked Tofu House. Street parking is also available.

Please arrive on time. Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class begins.

  • What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing that allows you to move easily. Please avoid loose or baggy clothing, as it can get caught in the reformer.

Grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Why am I required to wear grip socks while practicing Pilates at the studio?

First and foremost, safety. During your practice, grip socks help keep you steady and prevent slipping in a variety of positions and movements.

Grip socks also help keep the studio clean and comfortable for everyone, especially when using shared equipment like straps, footbars, and reformers.

Forgot your grip socks? Don’t worry! We sell a variety of cute and stylish grip socks at the studio, so you can easily grab a pair before class.

  • How do I book a class?

You can book a class directly through our website or through the Mindbody app.

If you’re booking for the first time, choose your class, create an account, and select the package or intro offer you’d like to use. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation.

If you need help booking, you can contact the studio and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring water, grip socks, and anything else you may need for class. We provide all equipment, and water is also available at the studio.

Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio if you need a pair. You’re also welcome to bring a small towel.

  • Can I combine discounts or promo codes?

No. Promotions, discounts, referral credits, and special offers cannot be combined. Only one discount or promotion may be applied per purchase.

Intro offers are already specially priced for new clients and are not eligible for additional promo codes.

Our new client promo code may be used only toward a first eligible regular class package purchase. It is not valid for intro offers, memberships, private sessions, seasonal deals, referral credits, student memberships, or other promotions.

  • What happens if I run late to class?

For your safety, please arrive on time to your scheduled class or appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, you forfeit your class. Your spot will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. You will not be refunded for this class.

  • What is your waitlist policy?

If you are added to a waitlist, you are agreeing to fill a spot in the class if it becomes available. You are responsible for either attending or being considered a late cancel or no-show if you do not attend. All cancellation fees and policies apply to waitlist clients.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $18 late cancel or no-show fee. Classes may be canceled online or by calling the studio directly. This cancellation window allows another client the opportunity to attend class.

Clients with packages or private sessions will lose the class or session. Monthly and Unlimited clients will be charged a $18 late fee. This policy does not apply to ClassPass members, who are subject to their own ClassPass contract. No refunds will be given.

All class packs and memberships are final sale. They are not exchangeable, refundable, or transferrable.

  • What is your policy for pregnant clients?

Pregnant clients at any stage must provide a doctor’s note prior to or at the time of taking class. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documentation.

  • Is Pilates safe if I have an injury?

Pilates can be an excellent option for injury recovery, but we strongly recommend starting with a private session so your instructor can assess your needs and provide appropriate modifications. Please consult your doctor before attending and let us know about any injuries or limitations when booking your class.

  • What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of Reformer Pilates classes, including strength-focused, sculpt, jumpboard, trampoline, balance, flow, and high-energy formats.

Each class on our schedule is labeled by experience level: Beginner, All Levels, or Experienced. If you’re new to Pilates or Reformer, we recommend starting with a Beginner class such as Foundation Reformer, Movement Reformer, or Balance Reformer.

All Levels classes include modifications and guidance, so you can move at a pace that feels right for you. Experienced classes are designed for clients who are already comfortable with the reformer and want a stronger challenge.

  • How long are private sessions?

Private sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

  • Can I share my membership?

No. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the person they are assigned to.
If you’d like to bring someone with you, active members may use one guest pass per month, subject to availability.

Guest passes do not roll over and may not be used for private sessions.

  • Do class packs expire?

Yes. Class packs have expiration dates based on the package purchased.

5 Class Pack is valid for 3 months, 10 + 1 Class Pack is valid for 6 months, and 20 Class Pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Do you offer Military or First Responder discounts?

Yes. We offer a 10% in-studio discount for active military, veterans, and first responders with valid ID.

This discount must be purchased in studio after verification and cannot be combined with other promotions, intro offers, memberships, seasonal deals, referral credits, or private session discounts.

Parking is available behind the building in spaces marked HK Property, the corner spot by the wall, and unmarked spaces with no signs.

Please do not park in any spaces marked Tofu House. Street parking is also available. Parking is limited, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
