Studio Policies — Springbom Pilates

Springbom Pilates (“Springbom,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is operated by Springbom, Co, a California S-Corporation. These Studio Policies are designed to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all clients. By attending our studio, you agree to follow these policies.

1. Grip Socks Required

For safety and hygiene, grip socks must be worn during all sessions. Grip socks are available for purchase in studio if needed.

2. Arrival and Late Entry

• Please arrive on time for your class.
• Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start, to ensure the safety and flow of the class.

3. Parking

• Park behind the building only in spaces without signs or names of other businesses.
• Do not park in any marked or reserved spots.
• Street parking is also available.

4. Reservations, Attendance, and Class Minimums

• Advance reservations are required for all classes.
• Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Classes generally require at least two participants to run. If only one participant is booked, the class may be canceled.
• Springbom Pilates also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons outside our control, including but not limited to instructor illness, equipment or facility issues, or emergencies. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and credits or membership allotments will be returned in full.
• Failure to attend or cancel properly may result in forfeited credits and/or additional fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Cancellations and Fees

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of class credits and applicable fees charged to the payment method on file.
• For ClassPass and Wellhub bookings, their separate cancellation terms may also apply.

6. Studio Etiquette

• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow clients at all times.
• Use equipment only as instructed.
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from class or suspension of studio privileges.

7. Health and Safety

• Notify your instructor of any injuries or health conditions prior to class.
• Do not attend class if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of contagious illness.
• Follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions.

8. Personal Belongings

The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

9. Modifications and Updates

Springbom reserves the right to update these Studio Policies at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will apply to all future visits.
