Cancellation Policy — Springbom Pilates

Springbom Pilates (“Springbom,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is operated by Springbom, Co, a California S-Corporation. This Cancellation Policy explains how class reservations, cancellations, and no-shows are handled. By booking a class or membership with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservations

• Advance reservations are required for all classes.
• Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their bookings are correct and confirmed.

2. Standard Cancellation Window

• Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations can be made through Mindbody, ClassPass, or directly with our studio.

3. Late Cancellations

• A cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled class is considered a late cancellation.
• For class packages: the class credit will be forfeited.
• For unlimited memberships: a late cancellation will count toward your daily allotment.
• In addition, a $15 late cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
• For ClassPass and Wellhub bookings: their separate cancellation terms and penalties may also apply.

4. No-Shows

• A no-show occurs when a client does not attend a reserved class and fails to cancel.
• For class packages: the credit will be forfeited.
• For unlimited memberships: the no-show will count as a class used.
• A $20 no-show fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

5. Studio Cancellations

• Springbom reserves the right to cancel a class if only one participant is booked.
• Clients will be notified as early as possible.
• Credits or class allotments will be returned in full.

6. Exceptions

• Exceptions may be granted for documented emergencies (such as medical or family situations), at the sole discretion of Springbom Pilates.
• Requests must be submitted promptly to team@springbompilates.com.

7. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for managing their reservations, monitoring waitlist status, and canceling if unable to attend.
• Failure to follow this policy may result in loss of class credits, late cancel fees, no-show fees, or suspension of booking access.
